About the Internship
This internship opportunity involves managing and expanding the business's presence through social media channels. Interns will be responsible for creating and overseeing digital content, operating platforms like WhatsApp Business and Google Business, and engaging with customers via social media for inquiry management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and foster growth in business through various social media platforms.
- Generate and maintain digital content relevant to the brand.
- Administer WhatsApp Business, Google Business, and similar digital tools.
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage communication across social media.
Additional Duties
- Increase digital sales through active social media management.
- Utilize basic computer skills including Word and Excel.
- Handle WhatsApp Business functions such as cataloging and channel management.
- Maintain social media presence on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Design social media posts using Canva software.
- Compose engaging captions and understand basic social media promotion techniques.
- Create images and content aided by AI tools for in-store displays and online channels.
- Capture in-store photos and videos for digital promotion.
- Collect and manage customer feedback.
- Support various digital activities related to the store's operations.
