Internship Overview
Join Grivaa Consultancy Services as a RERA Legal Intern and collaborate with seasoned legal experts to obtain practical experience in compliance related to the Real Estate Regulation and Development Act (RERA). In this role, you will engage in drafting legal documentation, researching statutory mandates, and preparing legal writings to support our clients in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on RERA regulations to ensure client adherence.
- Assist in the preparation of various legal documents including contracts, agreements, and notices related to RERA compliance.
- Evaluate legal documents to detect possible legal challenges or risks.
- Draft detailed legal memos and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support case preparation and management for disputes connected to RERA.
- Participate in client consultations and court proceedings to acquire real-world legal experience.
- Work closely with the legal team to contribute to the firm’s success.
Candidate Requirements
- Availability to work remotely for a duration of one month.
- Ability to commence the internship between August 2, 2026, and September 6, 2026.
- Strong skills and keen interest in RERA and real estate law.
- Proven expertise in RERA-related legal matters, including drafting refund and compensation applications at the Authority Officer (AO) level.
- Preference for candidates from the National Capital Region with experience supporting senior attorneys in RERA litigation.
