Internship Overview
Join Post A Resume HR Consultancy as a Recruitment Consultant intern and gain practical experience in the recruitment process. This role involves supporting the recruitment team in various activities within a dynamic professional environment. Our consultancy, established in 2007 and operating from Ahmedabad, specializes in recruitment across India and Africa in diverse sectors such as engineering, manufacturing, IT, pharma, and textiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the screening of resumes and conduct preliminary candidate evaluations.
- Identify and source potential candidates via online platforms and professional networks.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and systems efficiently.
- Manage interview scheduling and maintain communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
- Partner with recruiters to craft effective recruitment strategies that meet hiring objectives.
- Provide necessary administrative assistance to the recruitment team.
- Keep informed about current recruitment trends and practices to further develop recruitment expertise.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹2,000 to ₹7,000, composed of fixed (₹1,000-₹2,000) and incentive pay (₹1,000-₹5,000).
- Flexible working hours suited for part-time remote involvement.
- Certification and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion of the internship.
