About the Internship
Join HiWi Forex Services Limited as a PMO & Finance Intern to gain practical experience supporting strategic initiatives, financial reporting, investor relations, and business operations. This role offers immersive exposure to project management, coordination with senior leadership, financial data analysis, and collaborative business projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate strategic projects with the Board of Directors and senior management, focusing on business priorities.
- Develop Investor MIS, business dashboards, detailed financial reports, and presentations.
- Assist in managing investor communications to ensure timely dissemination of updates and reports.
- Contribute to the planning, implementation, and monitoring of crucial business and finance-related projects.
- Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, providing consistent progress reports.
- Work closely with various teams to guarantee prompt execution of strategic initiatives.
- Analyze financial and operational datasets to deliver actionable insights for management decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), action trackers, and follow-ups on key outputs.
- Oversee project documentation, maintain process workflows, and compile management reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities along with financial analysis.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be pursuing or have completed an MBA with a Finance specialization from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes, or be a CA Inter. Graduates without these qualifications are not eligible. Candidates should be based in Mumbai and available for a full-time in-office internship lasting six months, starting between July 17, 2026, and August 21, 2026.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication abilities.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Additional Information
- Internship duration: 6 months, full-time.
- Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai (onsite).
- Office hours: 10 AM to 7 PM.
- Workdays: Monday to Friday; odd Saturdays are working days, even Saturdays off.
- Internship stipend ranges between INR 20,000 to 25,000 per month.
- Internship certificate and informal dress code provided.
