Inside Sales Executive - Dealer Acquisition Internship (Work From Home)

Drive Solutions, a rapidly expanding player in automobile lead-generation, connects genuine vehicle buyers with both two-wheeler and four-wheeler dealerships across India. Dealers incur charges only when our leads lead to successful sales, offering a fully performance-driven engagement.

We seek motivated and assured Inside Sales Executives to identify prospective dealerships, articulate our business framework, and arrange discussions with dealership owners or sales leadership.

This is a fully remote opportunity hiring nationwide, with dealerships predominantly in Mumbai, Delhi, and other key metropolitan areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed research on two and four-wheeler dealerships using platforms like Google Maps, Justdial, official dealership sites, and various online directories.
• Create and regularly update a comprehensive database of potential dealership leads.
• Initiate contact with dealership proprietors or sales managers via telephone and other communication mediums.
• Clearly communicate the benefits and workings of Drive Solutions' lead-generation program to dealers.
• Organize virtual meetings with dealerships that show interest in collaboration.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups ensuring dealerships progress towards onboarding.
• Record and update CRM systems with call notes, meeting outcomes, follow-up actions, and other relevant dealership data.
• Achieve assigned daily targets related to calls and dealership outreach.

Who Should Apply

• Candidates must be open to working from home and ready to commence the internship between August 3, 2026, and September 7, 2026.
• Availability for a six-month commitment is essential.
• Relevant skills and genuine interest in the role are required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates in any discipline are eligible.
• Experience up to 3 years in Telecalling, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Customer Support is preferred, though freshers with strong communication abilities and confidence are welcome.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in verbal communication with mandatory fluency in Hindi and good command of English.
• Knowledge of local languages will be advantageous.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation capacity.
• Comfortable with making 40-60 outbound calls each day.
• Basic computer literacy including MS Excel, CRM platforms, and Google Sheets.
• Capable of working independently from a home environment.

• Expertise in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, B2B Sales, CRM handling, Negotiation, Sales Communications, and Customer Interaction.

Technical Needs

Compensation and Benefits

• A monthly stipend between INR 3,000 and 4,000.
