About the internship
Escape Plan is hiring an Influencer Marketing intern to support social-led growth for its travel and consumer products business. This role offers hands-on exposure to influencer partnerships, campaign execution, and content creation while working with the marketing team in a fast-moving startup environment.
What you’ll do
- Work with the marketing team to find, shortlist, and connect with relevant influencers in the industry.
- Support the planning and rollout of influencer marketing campaigns aimed at boosting brand visibility and engagement.
- Write content for social media channels and blog-style posts.
- Handle end-to-end campaign coordination, including outreach, deal discussions, and tracking progress.
- Review campaign results and help identify ways to improve future performance.
- Keep track of emerging trends and competitor activity to inform campaign decisions.
- Pitch in on additional marketing tasks whenever required.

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work full time from the Bangalore office, can begin the internship between 8th Jul'26 and 12th Aug'26, and can commit to a 2-month duration. - You should be active on social platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube, and comfortable working with current trends.
- Strong written communication is expected.
- Being based in Bengaluru is preferred/required for this role.
- Experience with a D2C brand, agency work, or creator-side projects will be an added advantage.

Compensation and perks
The stipend is INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month. Additional benefits include a certificate, letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, a 5-day workweek, informal dress code, and free snacks and beverages.
