About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on exposure to various Human Resources activities at Tata AIA Life Insurance. The intern will be responsible for maintaining Microsoft Excel trackers, developing dashboards, and handling personnel file management for new employees. Additionally, sourcing candidates for open roles through channels such as job boards and internal databases will be part of the role. Management of Power BI dashboards related to budget tracking and open positions is preferred.
