About the Internship
Women First India Foundation is seeking enthusiastic interns for a Human Resources (HR) role to help further our mission of empowering women nationwide. This internship offers an opportunity to build practical HR skills such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement, while supporting a cause that promotes gender equality and women's advancement across India. Ideal candidates will possess proficiency in English and a genuine interest in HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment by posting vacancies, screening applicants, and arranging interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and preparing documentation for new hires.
- Organize and help facilitate employee training sessions on diverse HR topics.
- Update and maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support employee relations through conducting surveys, planning events, and managing grievance processes.
- Contribute to drafting HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects as assigned.
