About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience in Human Resources functions with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement, conducted fully remotely. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, posting job openings on digital platforms, managing communications, tracking applications, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding processes to ensure effective participant involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen applicants for various internship and job roles.
• Distribute job advertisements through social media and recruitment channels.
• Oversee communication flow with prospective candidates.
• Maintain detailed recruitment documentation and application tracking.
• Arrange interviews and conduct diligent follow-up procedures.
• Contribute to onboarding activities and keep participants engaged throughout the program.

Candidate Eligibility

Only candidates who meet the following criteria should apply:

• Must be able to work remotely.
• Available to begin between August 4, 2026, and September 8, 2026.
• Committed to the full internship period of one month.
• Possess relevant skills in office software and proficient English communication abilities.

Stipend and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 1,500 to INR 3,000.
