Role Overview
The primary objective of this internship is to identify, attract, and hire suitable candidates to fill company vacancies efficiently within the allocated budget and timeframe.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with hiring managers to collect detailed job descriptions, essential skills, and salary details while strategizing timelines and sourcing plans.
- Advertise job openings across multiple platforms including job portals and company career pages, and proactively source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub, as well as through referrals, job fairs, and campus drives.
- Review resumes to assess skills and cultural compatibility, conduct initial screenings via phone or video calls focusing on communication abilities, salary expectations, and notice periods, and share detailed interview shortlists with hiring managers.
- Coordinate multiple rounds of interviews by scheduling with candidates and interview panels, sending calendar invitations, preparing candidates, and gathering feedback after each stage.
- Manage offer processes including negotiating salaries within approved bands, issuing offer letters, following up until joining, and addressing counter-offers or dropouts.
- Maintain and grow talent pipelines for future needs, update candidate statuses in ATS/HRMS, and monitor hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratios.

This opportunity focuses strictly on recruitment activities distinguishing it from an HR generalist who manages additional functions such as payroll, employee engagement, and compliance.
Eligibility and Requirements
Candidates must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship starting between 15th July 2026 and 19th August 2026, with a tenure of six months. Applicants should possess the relevant skills and enthusiasm to perform the role successfully.
