About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity to craft engaging visual content including short videos, reels, and campaign clips tailored for digital platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, and websites. The role involves designing a variety of assets such as posters, banners, brochures, thumbnails, carousels, and print-ready creatives for social media and offline use. You will also be responsible for capturing and editing photos and videos during sessions, events, and marketing initiatives as needed. Additionally, creating visual materials for educational sessions like worksheets, handouts, activity materials, signage, and presentation decks is a key part of this role.
Utilization of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, along with Canva and AI-powered creative tools like Adobe Firefly, will be essential to produce high-quality and adaptable visuals efficiently. Maintaining consistency with the brand identity, managing source files thoughtfully, and making timely revisions based on feedback are critical responsibilities.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
Applicants should be prepared to commit to a full-time, in-office internship for 6 months, starting between July 10 and August 14, 2026. Relevant skills and a keen interest in graphic and video design are necessary. Candidates must submit a portfolio that includes both graphic design samples and 1-2 short videos or reels. A strong grasp of layout principles, typography, color theory, spacing, visual hierarchy, and clear brand communication is expected. Familiarity with Canva and professional tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Adobe Firefly is required. The ability to interpret written briefs, work independently, organize files meticulously, and meet deadlines for revisions is essential.
