About the Internship
Join Uboard India Limited as a Customer Service/Customer Support Intern to gain hands-on experience in managing after-sales service operations in the electric micro-mobility sector. This internship involves assisting with warranty claims, repair coordination, and maintaining detailed records of service activities. The role demands interaction with technical teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and timely product repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warranty claims, repair requests, and update service documentation.
- Coordinate with service engineers, technicians, and internal departments to resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor repair progress, availability of spare parts, and service schedules.
- Keep meticulous records of service reports, warranty logs, and technical data.
- Facilitate diagnostic coordination to support backend service workflow.
- Compile daily and weekly performance reports related to after-sales services.
- Contribute to enhancing service procedures and uphold quality standards.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, onsite internship lasting 3 months.
- Should be able to begin between July 24, 2026, and August 28, 2026.
- Possess interest and skills aligned with technical support and customer service.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production, or closely related engineering disciplines.
- Basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems is preferred.
