Role Summary

The Zed Facilitator position is a fully remote, full-time opportunity dedicated to assisting MSMEs in navigating the ZED Certification process. The role demands a proactive approach in advising businesses on ZED standards, evaluating existing operations, and identifying enhancements in quality, sustainability, and compliance. Daily responsibilities encompass hosting virtual consultations, managing documentation, coordinating assessment procedures, and facilitating the application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide MSMEs in understanding and implementing ZED certification requirements.
• Conduct remote consultations and workshops to assess client operations.
• Systematically collect, organize, and manage necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with government bodies, client organizations, and internal teams to ensure smooth assessment and certification.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports and records related to certification progress.
• Offer continuous advisory support to help clients uphold ZED standards post-certification.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong grasp of quality management systems, sustainable practices, and compliance frameworks relevant to MSMEs and manufacturing or service sectors.
• Prior experience in consulting or facilitation roles, focusing on client engagement, requirement analysis, and process documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, adept at simplifying complex guidelines and leading effective virtual meetings.
• Comfortable with digital collaboration tools like office suites, video conferencing platforms, and shared online workspaces.
• Ability to independently manage multiple client projects, adhering to deadlines in a dynamic remote working setup.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, environmental sciences, or related disciplines; familiarity with government certification programs is advantageous.
• Experience working with MSMEs, digital transformation, process enhancement, or quality management is highly beneficial.
