Role Overview

The Wholesale Operations Analyst will ensure operational excellence throughout WHOOP's wholesale and retail distribution channels. This role is key to managing order fulfillment, retailer collaboration, and third-party logistics coordination across global sales platforms. Well-suited for individuals who excel in dynamic operational settings, enjoy problem-solving, and pay great attention to detail, the analyst will work closely with retail partners, logistics providers, and internal teams to guarantee accurate order processing and an excellent retailer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete order management for assigned wholesale and retail channels, including processing and tracking retailer purchase orders between WHOOP systems, logistics providers, and retail partners.
• Collaborate with third-party logistics firms and internal teams to maintain inventory accuracy, manage transfer orders, and handle order modifications.
• Manage daily operations for designated international retail accounts, encompassing communication with retailers, shipment tracking, compliance with routing requirements, and resolving operational challenges.
• Ensure adherence to retailer operational standards and portal requirements, including maintenance of shipment documentation, tracking reports, routing instructions, and retailer-specific operational parameters.
• Handle in-transit shipment exceptions by monitoring delays or risks and coordinating solutions with relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to the creation and upkeep of standardized operational documents such as SOPs, routing guides, and process workflows.
• Analyze operational metrics to discover opportunities for improving order management, fulfillment efficiency, and inventory transparency.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics within a multi-channel consumer goods environment.
• Strong analytical skills with aptitude for interpreting data to inform process enhancements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Highly detail-focused and organized, capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

The compensation approach at WHOOP combines competitive base salary, significant equity participation, and comprehensive benefits. Base salary ranges for this US-based role are $90,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on role, level, location, experience, and other factors. Equity aligns employee interests with company long-term success. Total compensation may adjust over time with market and organizational changes.
