Role Overview

As a Warehouse Operator at our Nigeria location, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure and dependable delivery of products to our customers. Your duties include maintaining warehouse standards in housekeeping and storage, managing inventory in compliance with company policies, and contributing to process enhancements.

Primary Responsibilities

• Receive, categorize, and stock incoming goods while updating ERP records and monitoring storage conditions.
• Facilitate communication and data exchange regarding products, processes, and procedural improvements.
• Follow standardized service procedures, implementing updates from related functions within the warehouse department.
• Manage logistics items upon delivery, ensuring accurate ERP entry and inventory tracking.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED complemented with a minimum of four years’ experience in inventory, supply chain, or workshop operations.
• At least three years of additional experience specifically in warehouse and inventory management.
• Capability to influence and lead small teams, juggle multiple projects, and apply effective problem-solving techniques.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and basic writing and communication skills.
• Competence in basic math, computer usage, and database or records management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment requiring constant movement and adaptability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including clear communication (oral and written), a proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional behavior.
• Strength in time management and prioritizing various tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with initiative to drive tasks independently and creatively.
