Vulnerability Management Specialist

About the Role

We are offering a compelling opportunity to lead as a Vulnerability Management Specialist at a prominent global firm based in Pasir Panjang, Singapore. This position involves full responsibility for managing the enterprise-wide Vulnerability Management program, encompassing assessment, prioritization, remediation oversight, automation, and effective engagement with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the Vulnerability Management lifecycle.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and risk analysis while maintaining remediation tracking.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Application, and Security teams to facilitate remediation efforts.
• Create automated reporting tools, dashboards, and streamline vulnerability handling procedures.
• Manage asset discovery processes, threat exposure evaluations, and remediation following penetration testing.
• Generate reports detailing KPIs, compliance results, and management insights.

Candidate Requirements

• More than 7 years of IT experience including at least 5 years focused on enterprise Vulnerability Management.
• Proficiency with vulnerability management platforms such as Tenable/Nessus or equivalents.
• Strong skills in PowerShell and/or Python scripting, alongside SQL expertise.
• Experience with REST API usage, scripting for integration, and developing automated workflows.
• Ability to automate vulnerability processes, reporting mechanisms, and manipulate data efficiently.
• Experience constructing automated dashboards using Power BI and/or Grafana.
• Deep understanding of vulnerability assessment concepts, remediation strategies, and prioritizing based on risk.
• Excellent abilities in stakeholder communication, management, and analytical problem-solving.
• Certifications such as CISSP, GEVA, CREST, or similar are advantageous.
