Position Overview
The Virtual Assistant role is a full-time remote position aimed at delivering administrative and operational support to clients. Primary duties include calendar and schedule management, email and document organization, preparing and maintaining spreadsheets or reports, and performing data entry and data management tasks. The position also involves basic bookkeeping, coordinating meetings, managing task lists, and adhering to procedures ensuring timely and accurate outputs. Communication with internal teams and clients is essential, as is proficiency in digital tools for workload management and service standards compliance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong administrative capabilities such as calendar coordination, email management, document filing, and task prioritization.
- Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet software like Excel or Google Sheets, alongside data management and record-keeping skills.
- Basic bookkeeping abilities including invoice processing, expense tracking, and supporting financial documentation under supervision.
