About the Role

This opportunity is offered by a partner company looking for a creative Video Creator based in Germany. The role involves crafting compelling video content that enhances marketing effectiveness and supports digital advertising efforts across key platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Produce captivating promotional videos for paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
Edit raw footage into polished videos that maximize audience engagement and conversion rates.
Create both short-form and long-form video materials tailored to various marketing goals and platform specifications.
Incorporate motion graphics, captions, transitions, music, visual effects, and other creative enhancements where suitable.
Adjust video assets to align with different aspect ratios, formats, and channel requirements.
Work collaboratively with marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life and ensure videos meet campaign objectives.
Iterate on videos based on feedback, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
Stay informed about emerging trends in video advertising, creative techniques, and digital marketing best practices.
Contribute to performance-driven content that boosts brand presence and engages customers effectively.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Demonstrated experience in producing promotional and advertising videos.
A strong portfolio highlighting successful video projects, ideally including home services, e-commerce, or performance marketing campaigns.
Proficiency with industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
Experience developing social media ad creatives optimized for engagement and conversions.
Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, branding, and direct-response marketing principles.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and effective time management.
Experience in creating user-generated content (UGC) style advertisements and performance marketing assets is a plus.
Basic skills in motion graphics, animation, color grading, and audio enhancement preferred.
Familiarity with AI-assisted video editing tools is advantageous.
