Veeva Vault Specialist

About the Role

HCLTech, a global leader in technology services, is seeking a Veeva Vault Specialist to join their team in Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida, Pune, or Bangalore. This role focuses on implementing, configuring, and supporting Veeva Vault platforms tailored for pharmaceutical clients, ensuring optimal document management and compliance aligned with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and configuration of Veeva Vault applications to meet pharmaceutical industry requirements.
• Manage document workflow processes, conduct data migrations, and oversee system integrations within the Veeva Vault environment.
• Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements, provide technical solutions, and deliver training and ongoing system support.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including user manuals and best practice protocols.
• Monitor the system's operational performance, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and collaborate with Veeva and internal IT teams for problem resolution.
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulations such as GxP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
• Participate in project lifecycle activities including planning, testing, and validation to ensure successful delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in implementing and supporting Veeva Vault solutions, ideally within pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements like GxP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 related to document management.
• Expertise in system configuration, data migration, and integration techniques specific to Veeva Vault.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Experience working collaboratively across global cross-functional teams.

Additional Information

• Experience required: Between 6 to 14 years.
• Work locations include Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida, Pune, and Bangalore.
• Notice period: Immediate to 60 days.
• Salary is negotiable and will be discussed during the recruitment process.
