Role Overview and Responsibilities
Join Viva Tech Solutions as a seasoned UI/UX Designer, bringing over five years of comprehensive experience in product design, user experience, and interaction design. You will be responsible for designing sophisticated digital products, including SaaS platforms and data-focused applications, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business impact and exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of complex enterprise products and SaaS platforms, ensuring end-to-end user experience excellence.
- Utilize advanced design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Sketch to create effective design solutions.
- Incorporate AI-driven design, research, and productivity tools to enhance design quality and team performance.
- Develop and maintain design systems, apply information architecture, and ensure best practices in interaction design, visual design, and accessibility.
- Conduct comprehensive user research, usability tests, and data analysis to validate design hypotheses and guide product strategies.
- Collaborate in Agile product development teams to ensure seamless integration of design with product goals.
- Communicate design decisions compellingly and manage stakeholders across multiple organizational levels effectively.
- Champion accessible design by adhering to WCAG guidelines and fostering inclusive user experiences.
Required Qualifications
- More than five years of professional experience in fields such as Product Design, UX Design, or Interaction Design.
- Demonstrable portfolio exhibiting strong product thinking and a track record of impacting business metrics.
- Expertise in complex digital product design for enterprise and SaaS solutions.
- Proficiency in modern industry-standard design tools including Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms.
- Experience with AI-enhanced design and research technologies to improve outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of design systems, information architecture, and accessibility best practices, including WCAG standards.
- Ability to leverage user data and research insights to inform product decisions.
- Strong understanding of Agile workflows and effective teamwork in cross-functional settings.
