Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to lead the complete design lifecycle, starting from initial research and discovery to delivering high-quality final designs. This role demands a user-centric approach to crafting intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire UI/UX design workflow from user research to final design implementation.
- Conduct thorough user research to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Design user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Plan and execute usability tests to validate design choices and highlight improvement areas.
- Convert both user requirements and business goals into seamless, user-focused interfaces.
- Produce polished and pixel-precise user interface designs suitable for production-level applications.
- Implement solid visual design standards across typography, color schemes, spacing, animations, and interactions.
- Build and maintain reusable design components and systems using Figma.
- Utilize Figma's auto-layout and real-time collaborative prototyping tools to enhance design efficiency.
- Collaborate consistently with stakeholders throughout the design and development stages.
- Create bespoke illustrations, icons, and visual elements when necessary to enrich user experience.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design roles.
- Suitable for professionals at Consultant or Senior Consultant levels.
- Solid knowledge of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
- Practical experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and conducting usability testing.
- Ability to independently manage design processes end-to-end, from discovery to delivery.
- High proficiency in Figma as the primary design software.
- Experience in managing design components, systems, auto-layout, and collaboration features within Figma.
- Strong skills in visual and interaction design.
- Well-versed in typography, color theory, spatial arrangement, animation, and interaction design patterns.
- Proven ability to deliver visually appealing and usable interfaces in production applications.
Preferred Competencies
- Experience in crafting custom illustrations, iconography, or other graphic assets.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or Procreate is advantageous.
