Job description
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and optimistic Treatment Coordinator to engage with patients regarding their treatment plans and payment options, striving to maximize treatment acceptance rates. This role is crucial to ensuring patients have a clear understanding of their diagnosed treatments and experience exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and educate patients about their treatment plans after review by clinical staff.
- Present and explain treatment plans with accurate cost estimates effectively.
- Monitor and track all outstanding treatment plans diligently.
- Clearly explain company payment policies, promote them, and ensure adherence.
- Manage submission, tracking, and follow-up of prior authorizations.
- Encourage high acceptance rates by informing patients about treatment costs, insurance coverage, and financing choices.
- Request referrals post-treatment while monitoring patient satisfaction continuously.
- Contact patients one day before appointments to confirm visits and inform about fees due.
Candidate Requirements
- Understanding of how to present treatment plans effectively.
- Must have completed High School diploma.
- Recommended to have at least three years of relevant work experience.
- Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
- Strong communication abilities.
- A willingness and enthusiasm to learn on the job.

- Monday to Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday and Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: Closed
