Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Tour Guide who can deliver outstanding experiences to our guests. The successful candidate will be fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi, possessing a warm and approachable personality and a strong enthusiasm for sharing the local culture and history.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct tours at various attractions, offering engaging commentary and fascinating stories about each site's historical and cultural importance.
• Create a warm and hospitable environment by effectively interacting with customers, addressing their questions, and ensuring they are comfortable and involved throughout the tour.
• Utilize fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse groups, enhancing their understanding of the locations visited.
• Maintain the safety of all tour participants by providing clear guidance and support, and promptly handling any issues that may arise.
• Act as a cultural ambassador by sharing insights into local customs and traditions, thereby enriching guests' experiences and fostering cultural appreciation.
• Collect and analyze guest feedback to help improve the quality and enjoyment of future tours.
