Position Overview

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be the key representative of the CELSIUS® brand in your assigned markets across grocery, convenience, and food service channels. Your role involves driving retail sales execution while expanding product distribution, optimizing shelf presence, and implementing promotional activities. You will manage around 12 to 15 store visits daily and collaborate actively with distributor partners to achieve set sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Implement the CELSIUS® "perfect store" strategy by expanding SKU availability, shelf space, and promotional displays.
• Execute brand strategy effectively across retail outlets within your territory.
• Perform account audits, identify sales opportunities, and report insights using CRM tools.
• Work closely with distributor partners by participating in route rides, blitzes, and key account meetings.
• Support regional sales initiatives as directed by higher management.
• Engage in weekly sales calls to review performance metrics and define goals.
• Consistently meet and report on daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs.

Requirements

• At least one year of sales experience in consumer goods, preferably in beverages or distributor sales.
• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.
• A valid U.S. Driver's License and the ability to successfully clear an MVR screening are required.
• Strong business sense with an entrepreneurial approach to sales.
• Comfortable with frequent face-to-face customer interactions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to present confidently and engage large groups.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and field sales reporting software.

Additional Information

• This is a driving role, requiring extensive travel within Miami, West Palm Beach, Pompano Beach, and Riviera Beach, Florida.
• No people management responsibilities are involved.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges between $60,000 and $65,000 annually, accompanied by incentives. Actual pay is dependent on factors such as location, experience, skills, and qualifications. Additional compensation opportunities include bonuses and restricted stock units subject to company plans.
