About the Role

We are searching for a confident and professional Female IndiaMART Executive to manage inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on incoming IndiaMART inquiries promptly.
• Engage with clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email communication.
• Understand customer needs and collaborate with the sales team accordingly.
• Keep accurate records of inquiries and ensure timely responses.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers through clear communication.

Requirements

• Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in customer handling or telesales.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Hindi, and Gujarati languages.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications and email correspondence.
