Role Overview

The company is seeking confident female telesales professionals for a day-shift, full-time role in New Palasia, Indore.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to prospective clients for legal and certification services.
• Present services such as trademark, ISO, FSSAI, and IPR registrations in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Build customer interest and convert enquiries into sales.
• Address questions, objections, and complaints in a professional way.
• Record daily call outcomes and maintain follow-up information.
• Work toward assigned sales goals and incentive targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should be female, between 18 and 35 years of age, have passed 12th standard, and possess basic English communication skills. Freshers are welcome to apply.
