Role Overview
This position is for a Telesales Executive within the Loan Division, responsible for handling telephonic sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients telephonically to promote loan products.
- Communicate clearly using basic English and Hindi.
- Meet sales targets as assigned by the company.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of telesales experience is preferred, although freshers are welcome to apply.
Working Hours and Days
- Work schedule follows a 6-day week with Sundays and all national holidays off.
- Day shift timing from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000 per month, determined based on applicants' relevant experience and prior salary.
