Position Overview
Join our team as a Telesales Executive based at Preet Vihar, Delhi, working from the office with shifts from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. The role involves direct telephonic engagement with potential customers to promote health and wellness products, convert enquiries into sales, and meet daily and monthly calling targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients to introduce and explain our health and wellness product range.
- Suggest appropriate wellness plans and health packages tailored to customer needs.
- Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversion rates.
- Strive to meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales goals.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills, especially in Hindi.
- Self-assured personality with a focus on achieving targets.
- Experience in telecalling or telesales is favorable; however, freshers are welcome to apply.
- Minimum education qualification of 10+2 or equivalent.
