Role Overview
We are seeking a Telemarketing Manager with excellent communication abilities in English, Hindi, and Marathi. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in telecalling, lead generation, follow-up, and customer handling. This role demands proficiency in negotiation, closing sales, and managing customer relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Engage in lead generation and follow-up activities to expand customer base.
- Conduct sales negotiations and successfully close deals.
- Manage customer relationships using CRM tools.
- Demonstrate strong convincing and persuasion capabilities.
- Utilize MS Excel, Word, and email for daily tasks.
- Prepare quotations and accurately maintain sales records.
- Stay target-focused and apply strong problem-solving techniques.
- Manage time effectively while multitasking various responsibilities.
