Telecalling Executive

Overview

Apex Engineering Projects is seeking a Telecalling Executive specialized in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) industry to join our Ahmedabad office. This role involves engaging with potential customers through tele-sales platforms and contributing to the growth of our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communications via platforms like IndiaMART and Justdial.
• Generate leads and conduct client outreach to build and maintain relationships.
• Follow up effectively with existing and potential customers.
• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding PEB projects.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and flow of information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Prior experience in tele-calling or sales roles, preferably within a related industry.
• Basic computer proficiency to manage communication tools and data entry.

Compensation and Location

The position is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Salary ranges between 15,000 and 25,000 INR per month, based on experience and interview performance.
