Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

About the Role

Keith Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to enhance our telesales efforts. The individual will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via outbound calls, effectively communicating our products and services to convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Provide clear explanations of products and services, persuading leads to make purchases.
• Keep accurate records of calls and update sales reports regularly.
• Work towards meeting and exceeding daily and weekly sales targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and convincing abilities.
• Fundamental computer skills, preferably familiarity with MS Office and Excel.
• Confidence in managing outbound calls.
• A positive mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges between 20000 and 25000 INR.
