Telecaller - Collection Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Collection Executive to manage recovery of overdue payments by placing outbound calls to customers. The applicant must possess strong communication and negotiation skills, alongside fundamental computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to remind customers about pending payments.
• Follow up persistently on overdue accounts to recover dues.
• Address customers' queries concerning payments and outstanding balances.
• Record call notes and customer interaction details in CRM or Excel systems.
• Monitor and follow through on customers' Promise to Pay (PTP) commitments.
• Meet daily set targets for collections and efficiency.
• Maintain professionalism and courteous behavior in all customer communications.
• Negotiate payment arrangements to promote punctual financial settlements.
• Adhere strictly to organizational policies and collection protocols.
• Refer unresolved payment issues to appropriate departments for escalation.
