About the Role

The Technology Change Enablement Analyst position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing technology changes and releases across the organization. This includes managing the assessment, scheduling, communication, testing, approval, deployment, and review of these changes according to the bank's Technology Change Management Standard.

This role acts as the focal liaison among Business Units, Technology Teams, Vendors, Project Teams, Service Management, and Group Technology departments, ensuring that technology implementations proceed smoothly with minimal operational interruptions or impact on customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of technology changes from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
  • Review and assess change requests for completeness, risks, and readiness, securing necessary approvals before implementation.
  • Monitor adherence to change management processes and escalate any high-risk or overdue cases appropriately.
  • Maintain the accuracy and quality of change records using the change management systems.
  • Manage release planning and coordination, including scheduling across multiple projects and vendors, resolving dependencies, and conducting readiness assessments.
  • Coordinate production deployments, monitor release execution, and ensure proper communication with stakeholders at all stages.
  • Administer and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, preparing agendas, tracking decisions, and ensuring informed approvals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business, project, vendor, and technology teams to ensure clear communication regarding change schedules, business impacts, and service continuity.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production deployment readiness by coordinating testing schedules, verifying sign-offs, and tracking risks or defects.
  • Provide regular performance reporting on changes and releases to management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • ITIL v4 certification is required.
  • Experience with system testing and UAT reporting tools.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in IT or Technology Operations.
  • Minimum 2 years working in Change Management, Release Management, IT Service Management, or similar roles.
  • Solid knowledge of ITIL Change Enablement and Release Management principles.
  • Competence in using ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
  • Experience administering CAB and enterprise-level change governance.
  • Background working in banking, financial services, or highly regulated industries is preferred.
