Role Overview

The Technical Recruiter role at SpaceX involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes to secure top-tier candidates for essential positions. Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary ranges are as follows:

  • Technical Recruiter Level I: $85,000 to $100,000
  • Technical Recruiter Level II: $95,000 to $120,000

Salary depends on knowledge, education, and experience. The overall compensation package may also include company stock options, long-term cash incentives, discretionary bonuses, employee stock purchase plans, and comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, vision, and dental. Additional benefits comprise a 401(k) plan, disability insurance, life insurance, paid parental leave, vacation accrual of approximately three weeks, at least ten paid holidays per year, and sick leave according to company policy.
