  • Prior recruiting experience with Canadian and/or US clients.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring technical professionals across multiple IT areas.
  • Hands-on experience with Boolean search methods, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray, and passive sourcing.
  • Experience working with ATS/VMS platforms such as:
