Technical Recruiter

About the Role

As a Technical Recruiter, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment processes to attract talented engineers and advisors for various teams and client projects. This role requires managing recruitment activities across the Gulf region and Canada while ensuring an excellent candidate journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete technical hiring cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify and engage potential candidates across the Gulf and Canada regions.
• Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidate responses using scorecards.
• Ensure candidates have a positive recruitment experience throughout the process.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Proven ability in sourcing and successfully closing hiring processes.
• Knowledgeable in recruiting for technology and finance roles.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
