Technical Content Writer

Role Overview

FREDi is seeking a Technical Content Writer skilled at transforming complex logistics technology information into clear, engaging, and accessible content. This role involves making technical concepts like APIs, dashboards, and software workflows understandable for both developers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update product documentation, including API manuals and user guides.
• Develop content such as technical blogs, feature announcements, FAQs, and onboarding processes.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to accurately translate features into comprehensive documentation.
• Explain logistics and shipping industry concepts in simple, reader-friendly language.
• Assist the marketing team by producing whitepapers, case studies, and explanatory materials.

Required Qualifications

• Experience of 4 to 6 years in technical writing, preferably within B2B SaaS or logistics-related fields.
• Strong understanding of software products, APIs, and workflow documentation.
• Exceptional command of English with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with content and documentation tools such as Notion, Markdown, Confluence, or Git.
• Desirable: Prior experience creating content aimed at developer or enterprise technology audiences.
