Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by putting customer needs first and aiming to exceed their expectations.
- Assist the Store Manager by contributing retail experience to support daily store operations.
- Work cooperatively within a team environment to meet store goals.
- Maintain high levels of safety and accuracy through careful attention to detail.
- Be flexible to work weekends, overnight shifts, and across a 7-day roster as required.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred.
- Competency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and accurately handling cash transactions.
- Possess strong communication abilities and demonstrate effective teamwork skills.
- Availability for shifts on weekends and overnight is essential.
