Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent Team Leader to oversee and guide a group of sales executives and telecallers at Truevisory Realty Private Limited based in Delhi-NCR. The leader's role involves managing daily assignments, monitoring performance, and motivating the team towards achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the team of sales executives and telecallers.
- Delegate leads and set daily objectives for team members.
- Regularly monitor team metrics to ensure sales targets are met.
- Assist the team in closing deals and managing inquiries from clients.
- Provide training, guidance, and encouragement to enhance team performance.
- Keep track of daily client follow-ups, site visits, and resulting conversions.
- Generate and submit comprehensive daily and weekly performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure discipline and maintain high productivity levels within the team.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges from INR 30,000 to INR 125,000 based on experience and performance.
