Role Overview

We are seeking an engaging and optimistic Team Leader to energize our store environment. This position involves supporting the Store Manager, inspiring the team, and ensuring customers receive outstanding service and leave happy. Acting as the Store Manager's deputy during absences, you will ensure operations continue effectively and with care.

In this important role, you will help oversee daily store operations to create exceptional customer experiences and drive commercial performance. Leading by example, you will demonstrate excellent service as defined by our company standards.
