Talent Screening Specialist - Semiconductor / VLSI

Position Overview

We are seeking a specialized Talent Screening Specialist with a strong background in Semiconductor, Hardware, and VLSI domains. This permanent full-time role is based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work model and involves working the EMEA shift from 1 PM to 10 PM IST. The candidate will be responsible for diligently assessing and qualifying technical talent to support our domestic IT recruitment pipeline.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct about 60% of time on screening technical candidates and 40% on sourcing suitable profiles.
• Perform initial technical and domain-specific screening calls to evaluate candidates against complex job specifications.
• Assess candidate fit thoroughly for roles within Semiconductor, Hardware, and VLSI sectors.
• Manage domestic hiring processes efficiently.

Required Expertise and Skills

• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in screening and sourcing for domestic IT recruitment, with significant exposure to Semiconductor, Hardware, and VLSI domains.
• Strong familiarity with physical design, embedded systems, and VLSI technology.
• Comprehensive understanding of US employment categories, visa requirements, and domain-specific jargon.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure precise and professional candidate assessments.
