Role Purpose

This is not an immediate job opening. Instead, we are establishing a pool of highly qualified Blockchain Engineers specializing in Smart Contracts who have successfully cleared our screening process. These pre-qualified candidates will be prioritized for upcoming roles as they arise, allowing rapid progression to final hiring stages and offers.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance scalable, secure, and efficient blockchain architectures.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain smart contracts and decentralized protocol components.
• Engage in technical research and prototype innovative blockchain and DeFi features.
• Contribute to solutions that enable cross-chain interoperability, such as bridges and atomic swaps.
• Optimize smart contract execution for better gas efficiency and performance.
• Work collaboratively with engineering and security teams to discover and mitigate vulnerabilities, ensuring robust protocol dependability.
• Participate in peer code reviews, rigorous testing, continuous integration/deployment processes, and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to enable successful product delivery and continuous enhancement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience developing and managing backend systems in production settings.
• Strong coding skills in Golang, Typescript, or comparable backend languages, with an understanding of concurrency and system performance.
• Solid grasp of system design principles, covering services, data flows, system reliability, and maintainability.
• Knowledge of blockchain platforms, working with smart contracts, transaction processes, and on-chain integration.
• Experience with containerized application deployment and modern infrastructure practices.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude and capability to thrive in dynamic, fast-moving engineering environments.
• Balanced approach to maintaining high technical quality, scalability, and operational stability.
• For senior-level candidates: ownership of projects end-to-end and impactful architectural contributions.

Additional Preferred Experience

• Contributions to open-source blockchain or Web3 projects.
• Exposure to zero-knowledge proof technologies or rollup solutions.
• Development of distributed systems or infrastructure requiring low-latency performance.
• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure automation and deployment tools.
• Background working in high-growth startups or scaling organizations.
