Role Overview

The Talent Manager will function within the Talent leadership division, acting as the main point of contact for a designated group of creators. Responsibilities include managing brand partnerships, negotiating deals, and overseeing campaign delivery from inception to completion.

This role suits individuals passionate about the creator economy eager to support creators in forming enduring business ventures. Talent Managers act as strategic advisors for both creators and brands, juggling relationship management, negotiation, and operational responsibilities in a rapidly changing work environment where days vary significantly.

Success in this position demands proactive engagement, superior organizational skills, and solution-driven thinking. The role requires flexibility beyond standard office hours due to the fast pace of opportunities involving creators and brands. Candidates should be ready to respond promptly, act decisively, and ensure exemplary support and execution for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the lead liaison for assigned creators, delivering strategic advice and daily assistance.
Manage discussions with brands, including negotiating prices, deliverables, schedules, rights usage, and campaign conditions.
Discover potential for contract renewals, additional sales, extended partnerships, and expanding creator rosters.
Supervise campaigns from contract signing through fulfillment and reporting, maintaining a quality experience for clients and creators.
Collaborate with assistants to ensure accurate tracking and execution of campaigns, contracts, deliverables, and reports.
Maintain transparent progress in internal platforms such as Monday.com, calendars, and reporting databases.
Coordinate with teams in Brand, Paid Media, Accounting, and Operations to enhance campaign outcomes.
Track creator progress, revenue metrics, and sales pipeline, identifying risks or growth opportunities proactively.

Requirements

2-4 years' experience in talent management, influencer marketing, creator relations, or comparable areas.
Exceptional skills in negotiation, communication, and maintaining relationships.
Strong organizational ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfort with working in a high-accountability, fast-evolving setting.
Familiarity with project management tools, with Monday.com knowledge considered advantageous.
Good comprehension of social media platforms, creator collaborations, and current digital marketing trends.
