Job Overview
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on sourcing Embedded Systems and Mechanical & Electrical professionals in the Automotive and Off-Highway sectors. This role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent to coordinating hiring processes with managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates skilled in Embedded Systems and Mechanical & Electrical engineering for automotive and off-highway domains.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities ensuring efficient hiring.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and streamline interview coordination.
- Manage the offer process and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
