Role Overview

We seek an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist well-versed in European and Latin American talent markets. You will own the recruitment strategy and manage the full hiring cycle for diverse roles across AI/ML, Generative AI, MLOps, Data, AWS, Cloud, DevOps, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and other business areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from role definition, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing offers, to onboarding coordination.
• Conduct interviews across various seniority levels and regions assessing candidate experience, skills, motivation, and cultural fit with TensorOps.
• Recruit for technical positions including Generative AI engineers, machine learning, MLOps, data engineering, AWS and cloud infrastructure roles.
• Gain in-depth understanding of skills required for AI product development on platforms such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and AWS.
• Ensure a positive, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans, facilitating informed recruitment decisions.
• Establish and nurture talent pipelines for both technical and critical business roles across Europe and Latin America.
• Implement innovative sourcing and employer branding strategies on regional and global scales.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for process improvements.
• Enhance interviewing techniques, assessment frameworks, workflows, and recruitment technologies.
• Strengthen TensorOps’ employer brand by clearly communicating the company's unique work culture and opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum four years recruiting for technical roles, ideally in AI, machine learning, software engineering, cloud, data, or tech consulting.
• Demonstrated experience managing comprehensive recruitment cycles across various functions and seniorities.
• Proven success recruiting roles such as AI/ML Engineers, Generative AI Engineers, MLOps Engineers, Data Engineers, AWS/Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Solutions Architects.
• Strong skills in interviewing, stakeholder engagement, and candidate evaluation.
• Expertise sourcing talent within European and Latin American markets.
• Ability to work effectively with technical managers to understand complex AI and cloud role requirements.
• Interest or familiarity with Generative AI ecosystems like Anthropic, OpenAI, and AWS platforms.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools; Greenhouse experience is beneficial.
• Capability to analyze recruitment data and KPIs to optimize hiring processes.
• Excellent project management skills to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience in developing sourcing campaigns, talent communities, or employer branding projects is a plus.
