Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to drive comprehensive recruitment initiatives across various business divisions, leveraging an AI-first strategy. This key position will involve managing the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, advising business partners, and optimizing processes to uphold an exceptional candidate journey. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role is based in Golden, CO and supports Tomorrow.io's mission to build innovative and high-performing teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process for assigned roles, from defining requirements to candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closure.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to enhance recruitment capabilities, align expectations, and ensure an excellent experience for candidates and interviewers.
• Develop and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of qualified candidates to improve hire quality and shorten hiring timelines.
• Utilize data and market trends to guide recruitment strategies and continually refine hiring processes.
• Act as a strategic advisor to leaders across Space, Weather, Go-to-Market, and General & Administrative teams by anticipating workforce needs and influencing hiring plans.
• Work alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager to evolve recruiting methodologies to support scalable growth.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience within SaaS or AI startup environments.
• Proven ability to source and recruit for diverse roles across technical, commercial, and administrative functions.
• Experience implementing AI tools to streamline recruitment processes such as sourcing, scheduling, and data analysis.
• Prior recruiting experience in the aerospace or space sector is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in competency-based and behavioral interviewing methods.
• Data-driven approach to anticipate challenges and provide solutions in recruitment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, ideally Greenhouse, with skills in optimization.
• Bonus: experience recruiting across global regions including Europe and Asia.

Additional Information
