Your Role

As a Systems Analyst & Developer, you will oversee and maintain One NZ's application ecosystem, ensuring enterprise systems remain secure, reliable, and perform optimally. You'll own the entire application lifecycle—from solution design, development, deployment, to ongoing support and enhancement—ensuring these systems support business objectives and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software deployment and implementation projects within the enterprise environment.
• Design and architect advanced software solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Develop technology roadmaps for enterprise software products.
• Contribute to higher-level technical architectures and solution designs.
• Generate detailed documentation, including design, implementation plans, and testing strategies.
• Work collaboratively with developers, analysts, team leaders, and system administrators.
• Support and improve existing business applications continuously.
• Create and implement disaster recovery and high availability solutions.
• Address technical issues and business requests with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Apply industry best practices throughout software design, development, and deployment.
• Engage in technology initiatives, training programs, and ongoing improvement efforts.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven track record in systems analysis, software development, or enterprise application support.
• Deep understanding of application architecture, software delivery, and implementation methodologies.
• Experience in creating technical designs, documentation, and test plans.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to establish trusted relationships with stakeholders.
