Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability or Individual Support
• Current, valid driver's licence with a comprehensively insured, reliable vehicle, and a smart mobile phone
• A genuine commitment to meaningful community service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently
