Overview
The Meraki Support Operations Team is a group dedicated to providing excellent customer service by resolving complex, non-technical issues through thorough investigation and collaboration. Team members interact closely with various departments including Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Operations to ensure high-quality customer experiences and continuous professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer cases from initiation to closure, ensuring concerns are addressed swiftly and comprehensively.
- Advise customers and partners on licensing, ordering processes, and administrative topics by leveraging solid customer support knowledge.
- Collaborate effectively with Support, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to solve intricate problems and escalate issues when needed.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders by effectively managing accounts and following through on commitments.
- Partner with leadership to identify and implement process improvements and contribute to the creation and revision of detailed knowledge base articles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 1-3 years experience in customer service roles.
- Background in customer support or related areas, focusing on non-technical inquiries and resolving service issues.
- Ability to quickly master new products and internal tools to support clients effectively.
- Experience working collaboratively across multiple teams to manage customer cases and administrative responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, partners, and third parties.

Compensation and Benefits
The initial salary range in U.S. and Canadian locations is $56,200 to $77,300 annually, influenced by factors such as location, experience, and skills.
