Role Overview
As a Supply Chain Operations Associate focused on Fulfill - Order Management, you will be responsible for managing supply chain operations encompassing planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket service. Your role involves ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and delivered on time, coordinating inventory and logistics to meet client expectations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle routine problem-solving using established precedents and guidelines.
- Work mainly within your team under the guidance of a direct supervisor.
- Follow detailed to moderate instructions for daily tasks, and more detailed guidance for new assignments.
- Make decisions impacting your own work and contribute as an individual team member within a focused scope.
- Assess, design, develop, and implement best practices for Order Management from order creation through fulfillment, including financial settlement processes such as order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability, and billing activation.
- Manage processes related to Distributed Order Management for both online and physical networks.
- Potentially work in rotational shifts as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
